Our Backstory
Veritas Medical Solutions was established in response to the passing of one of the directors 23-year-old brother. Unfortunately, his death would have been preventable with basic first aid knowledge and so Veritas Medical Solutions was found to prevent other families from having to experience the same loss.
Sadly, after establishing the company we realised personal protective equipment and first aid training is now becoming cost prohibitive for a lot of people. To try and address this we have a company policy of beating any first aid training like-for-like quote by at least 10%. For most companies we’re able to beat their previous suppliers by much more than this. We can tailor courses to our clients’ needs and make it situationally appropriate.
First Aid
Veritas was found to be an industry leader in delivering First Aid at an affordable price. Our First Aid courses are certified by Veritas Medical Solutions Ltd under the Awarding Organisation ‘First Aid Awards’ giving you the peace of mind that your courses are delivered to the highest of standards.
The HSE also state that companies can deliver first aid independently providing they can evidence ‘Due Diligence’. Veritas Medical Solutions can deliver training by this method should you prefer. Course content and delivery is still compliant, but method of assessment can be less formal as well as the course cost will be lower.
Face Masks
At the start of the coronavirus pandemic, we noticed people we’re being extorted into paying obscene amounts for personal protective equipment which was direly needed. To try to help alleviate the situation we began selling high quality EN14683 Type IIR face masks. These masks have now been supplied to several government bodies including the NHS and DHSC. Our production lines have now been expanded to produce high quality non-medical face masks for adults and children.
Respirators
After establishing our Face Masks production lines, we noticed the price gouging was now affecting filtering face piece (FFP) respirators. We begun production on low cost FFP2 respirators and we’re proud to say our first client was the Essex Police service. We have now expanded our line to include FFP2 and FFP3 respirators.
Gloves
After successfully establishing our face mask and FFP respirator lines, we noticed the price hikes had now started to effect disposable gloves. We’re proud to say we have now developed a line of low cost disposable vinyl and nitrile gloves. In addition to our own line, we have secured supply chains with several other well-known manufacturers.
